feel like you've barged nto a glorified |

types ou see there. I'm not a fan of domes in |
| general, but this one is particularly sterile
and characterizes the lack of imagination in the |
| Giants organization in general. On the field,
they traded longtime second baseman |
| Toshihisa Nishi to Yokohama and brought in Yoshitomo
Tani from Orix while third |
| baseman Hiroki Kokubo hightailed it back to Fukuoka
via free agency. They were |
| fortunate to hold on to first baseman Seung-yeop Lee, who put up MVP-type
numbers in |
| 2006. However, this remains a very old team and outfielder Yoshinobu
Takahashi still can't |
| stay healthy. So 2007 should be a real struggle and they are definitely
a team in transition. |
